Sberbank is looking for a Corporate culture & HR Brand Lead to join our expanding HR team in our office in Delhi. This pivotal role focuses on strategy and positioning of a major Russian bank, be responsible for talent attraction & recruitment marketing, internal branding & employee advocacy and corporate culture.
Responsibilities
• Development and executement a multi-city Employer Brand strategy for India that respects the global Sberbank brand but is deeply localized for the Indian talent market.
• To define a unique Employee Value Proposition (EVP) for Sberbank India that resonates across profiles: from Bangalore tech talent (developers, data scientists, engineers) to Delhi & Mumbai business, finance professionals.
• Working with ratings and certificates of the best employers ( for example Universum, Best Employees).
• Conduction ongoing research on local talent competitors and employer brand perceptions in each city.
• Development compelling content: employee stories, tech blog posts, "Day in the Life" features showcasing work in different cities and departments.
• Designing and running an Employee Advocacy Program to empower employees to become brand ambassadors.
• Management internal communications related to HR initiatives, culture, and achievements to strengthen the internal HR brand.
• Equip of recruiters and hiring managers with consistent branding tools and messaging.
• Working closely with HQ and local HR to ensure the employee experience lives up to the brand promise at every touchpoint (onboarding, development, recognition).
• Ensure local initiatives align with global brand guidelines while adapting for cultural relevance
• Measure and report on key metrics: brand awareness, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, offer acceptance rates
• Development of corporate culture, staff engagement.
Requirements
• Experience: 10+ years in Employer Branding, Talent Marketing, HR Communications, or a related field, preferably within financial services, technology, or a complex multinational.
• Exceptional content creation and storytelling skills.
• Deep understanding of the Indian talent landscape, especially the Bangalore tech scene.
• Proficiency with social media, recruitment marketing platforms, and employer brand analytics.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate a matrixed, cross-cultural organization.
• Mindset: A strategist who can also execute. Proactive, data-driven, creative, and culturally sensitive.
• A true builder who can create a function from the ground up if needed.
