The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building rapport with clients, and promoting the company's financial services and offerings. Primary responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, achieving sales targets, assisting clients with transactions, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Qualifications • Customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills • Sales, account management, and client relationship management skills • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in record-keeping • Basic knowledge of banking, financial services, and local market trends is preferred • Proficiency in common computer applications and digital tools • Ability to meet sales targets and work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus • Prior experience in customer service or sales roles is advantageous but not mandatory
