Hiring: Chief Business Officer (CBO)

SBS Herbal Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Chief Business Officer (CBO) to lead our overall business strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion across India. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute company-wide business strategies • Drive revenue growth and profitability • Lead Sales, Marketing, Distribution & Business Development teams • Expand domestic and international markets • Build strong channel partnerships and distribution networks • Monitor financial performance and achieve business targets • Identify new product and market opportunities • Work closely with the Directors for long-term business planning Required Qualifications: • MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management • 10+ years of experience in FMCG / Ayurvedic / Pharma industry • Proven leadership experience in senior management role • Strong understanding of distribution and retail network • Excellent strategic planning and decision-making skills Desired Skills: • Strong negotiation and communication skills • Ability to scale business operations • Data-driven decision-making approach • Team leadership & performance management What We Offer: • Attractive salary package (Negotiable as per experience) • Performance-based incentives • Leadership role with growth opportunities • Opportunity to work with a fast-growing Ayurvedic brand Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance Contract length: 12 months Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
