Ads & SEO Executive

About the job: We are looking for a data-driven and growth-focused Performance Marketing Executive who can manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and drive organic growth through SEO strategies. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to build high-performing marketing funnels that deliver measurable ROI. Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media (Meta & Google Ads) • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads & Google Ads. • Structure campaigns strategically (TOF/MOF/BOF funnel approach). • Manage budgets efficiently and scale campaigns profitably. • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies. • Improve ROAS, reduce CPA, and optimize conversion rates. SEO & Organic Growth • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis. • Optimize website content for search visibility. • Work with content team to build SEO-friendly blogs & landing pages. • Monitor rankings, traffic growth, and technical SEO improvements. • Improve on-page & basic off-page SEO performance. Reporting & Strategy • Generate performance reports and actionable insights. • Present results and growth plans to clients. • Identify new growth opportunities across paid & organic channels. • Stay updated with ad policies, algorithm changes, and industry trends. Requirements • 1+ year hands-on experience in Meta & Google Ads. • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals (on-page & keyword research). • Strong understanding of funnels, audience targeting, and bidding strategies. • Experience managing D2C or eCommerce brands preferred. • Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills. • Excellent client communication and presentation skills. • Agency experience is a plus.
