Responsibilities: Sciometrix is seeking a Clinical Compliance Specialist to join our clinical operations team. • Updating and ensuring the accuracy of patient health records by adding new information about diagnoses, procedures, medications, and other relevant data by listening the recorded patient calls. • Clinical Screening - Conduct clinical screenings to determine CCM eligibility, • Utilize the EHR to document screening findings and eligibility status. • Collaborate with care coordination teams to transition eligible patients into the CCM program • Stay updated on medical terminology, procedures, and treatment protocols to ensure accuracy and consistency in transcriptions • Reviewing medical records to ensure they are complete and accurate. • Diagnosing medical conditions based on symptoms presented in the medical record. • Performing administrative tasks such as typing reports and maintaining databases. Skills and experience : • Post graduate(Nursing) mandatory • 5-10 Years over all experience( Registered nurse experience: 5 years) • 2 Years clinical experience ( Bed side) • Experience of US Health care systems is a mandatory requirement. • Experience in Hospital Management System or Hospital Information System experience. • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in handling sensitive patient information. • Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of patient information by adhering to HIPAA regulations and privacy policies. • Excellent English professional writing skills; including advanced proficiency in grammar and spelling. • Excellent communication & listening skills • Ability to understand diverse accents and dialects of physicians, their staff and patients. • Familiarity with medical terminologies & medical summarization. • Ability to work independently in a secure and private location with a reliable high-speed internet connection. • Ability to participate in live video chat and screen sharing sessions for training. • Experience with the Microsoft Office 365 or other cloud-based productivity tools.
