Experience 0 to 6 months Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Social Media Strategist located in Gurugram. As a Social Media Strategist at Scroll Mantra Private Limited, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic social media marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase traffic. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage various social media platforms to optimize content and achieve marketing goals. Qualifications • Proven experience in developing and executing social media marketing strategies • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field • Digital marketing certification is a plus
