Customer Support Representative

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media. • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved. • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, product, and technical support. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
