Senior System Analyst

Key Responsibilities • Manage and monitor the entire IT infrastructure of the facility. • Ensure smooth functioning of systems, networks, and IT operations. • Oversee Azure cloud services, data backup, and security protocols. • Troubleshoot system, server, and network issues proactively. • Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely IT maintenance. • Implement IT policies, compliance checks, and data protection standards. • Support user access, software installation, and hardware management. • Lead IT upgrades and digital transformation initiatives in the healthcare environment. Required Skills & Experience • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, cloud management, and virtualization. • Expertise in system networking, firewalls, LAN/WAN, and server management. • Hands-on experience in IT support, infrastructure setup, and system security. • Minimum experience in Healthcare IT preferred (EMR/HIS knowledge added advantage). • Ability to manage IT operations independently with strong problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
