• End to End Recruitment for Middle and Top-Level Positions, only permanent Hiring.
• Sourcing the Candidates through Job Portals, Head hunting, Social Networking, reference etc. in stipulated time frame.
• Close the requirements within the timeframe
• Contact eligible candidates for interviews & follow ups.
• Design search strategy for senior/niche requisitions.
• Making Recruitment Strategies.
• Handling Recruitment Life Cycle.
• Mapping target companies and competitors.
• Stakeholder Management/ Client Coordination
• Team Management
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Preferring candidates with excellent communication skills.
• Must be proficient in using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn.
• Minimum 1 years of experience from consultancy background.
