Customer Service Executive (Remote Call Centre) We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic and growing call centre team. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in international call centres, particularly in customer service and complaint handling. You will play a key role in supporting customers and ensuring each interaction reflects our commitment to quality, professionalism, and care. This is an inbound support role – there is no cold calling. This position requires excellent communication skills, empathy, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Requirements • 3–4 years of experience working in international call centres • Experience working with CTM and dialer systems • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and professional email communication • Excellent spoken and written communication skills • Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple customer interactions • Minimum internet speed: 20 Mbps • Laptop with i3 or i5 processor • Dedicated quiet workspace with no noise or distractions Key Responsibilities • Deliver professional and personalised customer service that exceeds expectations • Handle inbound calls, emails, and online queries relating to orders, products, prescriptions, and complaints • Confidently promote and sell designer eyewear, lenses, and branded products • Provide accurate and tailored advice based on customer needs • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building • Process returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges efficiently • Manage email communications through the ticketing system • Liaise with suppliers to manage stock, track orders, and coordinate deliveries • Maintain an organised and professional work environment • Support administrative and operational tasks for the UK team when required Key Skills & Attributes • Excellent verbal, written, and non-verbal communication skills • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities • A customer-first mindset with empathy and professionalism • Confidence in handling complaints and resolving issues effectively • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Comfortable using computer-based order management systems and learning new technologies Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹38, ₹66,000.00 per month Benefits: • Paid time off • Work from home Work Location: Remote
