Full Stack Developer (React.js + Node.js) Only Nashik

Experience: 2+ years (Full-time, relevant experience required) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (React.js + Node.js) who can independently handle UI development, backend APIs, database work, and integrations. You should be confident in building production-ready features end-to-end, with clean code, good UI sense, and solid API design. Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend (React.js) • Build responsive, modern UI screens using React.js (and preferably Next.js). • Convert Figma/UI designs into pixel-perfect, reusable components. • Manage state using Redux Toolkit / Context API as needed. • Optimize performance (lazy loading, memoization, pagination, virtual lists, etc.). • Handle forms, validations, reusable UI components, and role-based screens. Backend (Node.js) • Design and develop secure, scalable REST APIs using Node.js + Express/NestJS. • Implement authentication and authorization (JWT, RBAC). • Database design and development using MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL. • Write clean backend architecture (controllers/services/repositories). • Implement logging, error handling, and API documentation. Integrations & Deployment • Integrate third-party APIs (payments, WhatsApp APIs, email/SMS, etc. if applicable). • Work with Git workflows (branching, PRs, code reviews). • Deploy and maintain apps on AWS/DigitalOcean/VPS (basic deployment knowledge). • Ensure security best practices (rate limiting, input validation, hashing). Required Skills • Strong hands-on experience in React.js (2+ years). • Strong hands-on experience in Node.js (Express/Nest). • Strong understanding of REST API design, authentication, and authorization. • Good knowledge of Databases (MongoDB and/or SQL). • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+). • Experience with Git, debugging, and writing maintainable code. Good to Have (Plus Points) • Next.js (SSR/SSG), TypeScript • WebSockets / real-time features • Redis / queue systems (BullMQ) • Docker basics • Jest / unit testing • Experience building dashboards / admin panels / SaaS products What We Expect • Ability to take ownership: understand requirement → build UI → build APIs → integrate → deploy. • Strong communication and daily updates on progress. • Good problem-solving mindset, not dependent on others for small tasks. • Quality focus: readable code, proper structure, reusable components.
