As the Plant HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading all Plant HR activities in Baramati, MH. Your key responsibilities will include: - Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligning with the company's goals and objectives. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including safety regulations and other employment-related laws. - Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, conflicts, and workplace issues. - Oversee recruitment and selection activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. - Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. - Manage compensation and benefits programs such as salary structures, bonus programs, and employee benefits. - Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files and attendance records. - Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. - Mentor HR staff by providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and environmental policies. Preferred Qualifications: - Post graduation in MBS-HR/MSW is preferred.
