Role Description This is a full-time remote internship for an SAP HCM Intern, ideal for fresh graduates. The intern will support the execution of SAP HCM-related projects by assisting in configuring systems, testing functionalities, and preparing reports. Daily tasks include supporting business process optimizations, performing analytics, managing master data, and assisting senior consultants in delivering solutions for clients. Participants will gain hands-on experience and mentorship in implementing and integrating SAP solutions, building a strong foundation for their professional growth. Qualifications • Knowledge of Business Processes and keen problem-solving and Analytical Skills • Foundational skills in Consulting and the ability to collaborate on client-focused projects • Basic understanding or experience in SAP FICO systems and modules • Knowledge of Master Data management and its integration into enterprise systems • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote setup, as well as part of a team • Fresh graduates with a relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related fields are encouraged to apply
