The organization has worked on a wide range of infrastructure and engineering projects including: Lakefront and waterfront developments Water supply systems Sewerage systems (UGSS) Stormwater drainage networks STP / ETP / WTP projects Government infrastructure consultancy and design We are currently launching a new digital-first initiative in the construction and infrastructure sector , aimed at bringing greater transparency, monitoring, and engineering accountability to residential projects . Role: Digital Marketing Lead We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead who can drive both brand building and lead generation for a new initiative in the construction and infrastructure sector. This role requires managing the complete digital growth cycle , including strategy, content creation, video production coordination, performance marketing, and conversion optimization. The ideal candidate should be capable of balancing long-term brand building with performance-driven marketing outcomes . Key Responsibilities Brand Building & Digital Presence - Develop and execute brand positioning strategies - Build strong digital presence across social media platforms - Create authority-driven content that builds trust and credibility - Develop storytelling and educational content around the brand Video Content & Social Media Strategy - Conceptualize video content ideas and scripts - Coordinate video shoots and production - Guide editing and final content output Platforms include: Instagram YouTube LinkedIn Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Plan and execute paid campaigns across: Google Ads / Google AdWords Instagram Ads LinkedIn Ads YouTube Ads Focus on high-quality lead generation and campaign optimization . Sales Funnel & Conversion Optimization - Build digital lead funnels and landing pages - Improve lead quality and conversion rates - Work closely with internal teams to convert leads into clients Analytics & Campaign Optimization - Track campaign performance and marketing KPIs - Optimize ad spend and campaign ROI - Continuously improve campaign performance through data analysis Skills Required - Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy - Hands-on experience with Google Ads / AdWords - Experience with Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube marketing - Experience in performance marketing and lead generation - Ability to manage video-first digital content strategies - Understanding of brand building through digital platforms Experience - 3–6 years experience in digital marketing - Experience in lead generation campaigns preferred - Experience in real estate, infrastructure, consulting or B2B sectors is an advantage Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: - Thinks like a brand builder , not just a social media manager - Understands both performance marketing and brand strategy - Is comfortable managing end-to-end digital campaigns - Enjoys building something from scratch and scaling it Why Join Us This role offers the opportunity to work on a new digital initiative in the engineering and construction sector , where you will play a key role in shaping the brand, growth strategy, and digital presence from the early stage.
