• Warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and escort them to their tables promptly. • Accurately take and relay food/beverage orders, and upsell specials. • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests immediately and professionally.: Maintain detailed, up-to-date knowledge of all menu items, specials, and ingredients. • Process guest checks and payments accurately (cash, card) and efficiently. • Strictly adhere to food safety, hygiene, and relevant alcohol service regulations. • Maintain excellent communication with kitchen, bar, and other service staff to prevent delays.
