Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing concerns, issues and aspirations
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Ensure that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees
- Lead, manage and improve HR operations including payroll, benefits, hiring
- Nurture a positive working setting
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Maintain HR procedures that comply with labour regulations
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Manage multi-location work force in multiple state
- To work our annual manpower budget in terms of numbers and payroll cost
- To ensure cordial relation establishment with various stake holders
- Grievance management and conflict management
- Discipline management
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a HR Manager or similar role
- Good experience with latest HR laws & guidelines
- Hands on experience with payroll process
- Solid understanding on labour legislation
- Complete knowledge on compliance
- Should be good in employee relationship management
- Excellent communication abilities
- Leadership skills
- Ability to foster healthy employee relations
Required Candidate profile
Preferable Marathi should be able to deal with localities.
- MBA from reputed institute with Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR of which at least 4 years plus in the managerial capacity
- Hospitality or QSR work experience
- Only Marathi candidates
- Age not above 40 years
