CSR (Customer Service Representative)

Position: Business Development Officer (CSR Business Development & Partnerships) Key Responsibilities CSR Business Development & Partnerships Identify and develop CSR funding opportunities from corporates, PSUs, foundations, and international donor agencies. Build and maintain long-term relationships with CSR heads, corporate leaders, and key decision-makers. Prepare annual CSR business development strategy and pipeline. Map corporate CSR priorities and align them with organizational programs. Represent the organization in: • CSR forums • Corporate meetings • Industry events • Government and institutional platforms Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification • MBA, Social Work (MSW), Rural Management / Development Studies Or equivalent Experience • 10–15 years of relevant experience in: • CSR fundraising • Corporate partnerships • Institutional business development • Proven track record of successful CSR tie-ups. Required Skills & Competencies • Strong corporate liaisoning and negotiation skills • Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills • Deep understanding of CSR law, Schedule VII, and compliance • Financial and budget planning for CSR projects • Impact measurement and reporting knowledge • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Background Experience in sectors such as: • Skill Development • Livelihood • Education • Women Empowerment • Rural Development • Government Projects Implementation Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
