Senior Hospital Pharmacist

• Operations & Compliance: Supervise daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing accuracy and strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations. • Clinical Leadership: Provide specialized clinical pharmacy services, including drug therapy management, reviewing medication orders, and conducting patient counseling. • Staff Management: Mentor, train, and supervise junior pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. • Inventory Control: Manage medication procurement, storage, and inventory levels to prevent stockouts and expiry. • Collaboration: Work with medical and nursing staff to ensure rational, safe, and effective drug therapy. • Auditing & Safety: Participate in clinical audits, research, and medication safety monitoring.
