The Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating, authorizing, and recommending approval or denial of loans. Day-to-day tasks include assessing client financial needs, reviewing and verifying financial documents, analyzing creditworthiness, and ensuring compliance with loan policies. The role also involves building and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and financial guidance. Qualifications • Expertise in Loan Origination, Loan Operations, and a thorough understanding of the role of Loan Officers. • Strong background in Finance and Underwriting, including the ability to evaluate financial profiles and creditworthiness. • Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain strong relationships with clients. • Proficient in financial documentation, analysis, and compliance processes. • Strong decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred. • Familiarity with local financial regulations and industry standards is advantageous. • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
