Responsibilities and Duties 1. Good Knowledge on excel tools like V Look up, Pivot tables, & Conditional Formatting. 2. Interpreting and analyzing data using Excel tools. 3. Developing reports and analysis. 4. Ability to learn new skills Data and Reporting: • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, preferences, and feedback in the CRM system. Team Collaboration: • Work closely with marketing, sales, and support teams Key Skills and Competencies: • Ability to build rapport and foster trust with diverse customer profiles. • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. • Proficiency in using CRM software and data analytics tools. • Time management and multitasking capabilities. Job details: Job Types: Full-time Salary: 15,000 – 20,000 /month Timing: 8:30 to 6:00 (Monday to Saturday) Lunch Service also available. Education: • Graduates & Post Graduates. • Freshers can apply.
