We supply to global markets and work with architects, designers, builders, importers, and distributors worldwide. Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Export Head to lead our international business expansion. The candidate will be responsible for developing global markets, building distributor networks, managing key international accounts, and driving export sales growth. Key Responsibilities International Market Development Identify and develop new export markets in North America, Europe, Middle East, and Australia. Build relationships with importers, distributors, project buyers, architects, and construction companies. Export Sales Growth Achieve export revenue targets and expand the global customer base. Manage key international accounts and maintain long-term business relationships. Digital & Tech-Driven Business Development Use LinkedIn, CRM tools, and B2B platforms to generate international leads. Collaborate with marketing teams for digital campaigns and online lead generation. Trade Shows & Client Visits Represent the company at international exhibitions and trade fairs. Travel globally to develop new business opportunities. Export Operations Coordination Work closely with production, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure smooth order execution. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation. Market Intelligence Track global trends in natural stone and building materials. Provide insights on pricing, competition, and product positioning. Candidate Profile 5–8 years of experience in export sales of natural stones, tiles, or building materials. Proven experience in international business development and distributor management. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Tech savvy with experience using digital platforms for business development. Comfortable with international travel. Strong understanding of export documentation and logistics. Preferred Experience Experience dealing with architects, builders, or project buyers. Exposure to international trade shows and global markets.
