Associate Product Lead

As a Product Manager at ShareChat, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of specific product modules within our social media platforms, such as Feed, Chatrooms, Creator Tools, or Gifting. Your responsibilities will include: - **Feature Ownership**: Taking the lead in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of designated product modules. - **Data-Driven Decisions**: Utilizing SQL and Python to analyze user behavior and define key metrics to track. - **User Empathy**: Conducting in-depth research on regional user personas to understand user pain points beyond data. - **Agile Execution**: Translating product strategy into PRDs, wireframes, and user stories for efficient delivery with the engineering and design teams. - **Collaboration**: Working closely with cross-functional teams like Content Operations, Marketing, and Revenue to align feature releases with business objectives. To be successful in this role, you should have: - Minimum 3+ years of experience in a b2c product organization in a consumer-facing capacity. - First Principles Thinking: Breaking down problems to fundamental units and reasoning upward. - Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in SQL to convert vague problems into measurable metrics. - Technical Literacy: Understanding of APIs, Feed Ranking algorithms, and AI models at a high level. - Execution Mindset: A bias for action and preference for launching products for iteration. - Language & Culture: Knowledge of India's diverse cultural and linguistic landscape is advantageous.
