Position Overview We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse (ANM/GNM) with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing nursing care to elderly residents, assisting doctors during medical rounds, maintaining patient records, and ensuring proper hygiene and healthcare practices within the facility. Key Responsibilities · Provide daily nursing care to elderly residents, including administering medications, dressing wounds, and monitoring vital signs. · Assist doctors during medical rounds and implement prescribed treatments. · Maintain accurate and updated patient records and medical files. · Monitor patients’ health conditions and report any changes promptly to the medical officer or supervisor. · Ensure infection control and hygiene practices are followed across the facility. · Support emergency care and first aid as required. · Educate caregivers and attendants about basic patient care practices. · Maintain proper inventory of medicines, medical supplies, and equipment. · Participate in health camps, awareness drives, and outreach activities organized by the NGO. Required Qualifications and Skills Educational Qualification: ANM or GNM (recognized by the Nursing Council of India) Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in a hospital, clinic, or elderly care setup Skills: • Sound knowledge of nursing procedures and geriatric care • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Compassionate and patient-centered approach • Ability to work effectively in a team and handle emergencies calmly Preferred: Experience in NGO, old-age home, or community healthcare setup Reporting To Medical Officer / Healthcare In-Charge Salary As per NGO standards and experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Application Question(s): • What is your current in-hand salary? • What is your expected in-hand salary? • Have you done ANM or GNM? • Are you comfortable with our office location (Okhla Vihar, Delhi)? • What is your current location?
