The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. Tasks include presenting and promoting products, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves creating sales reports, monitoring market trends, and collaborating with the team to improve overall sales strategies. Qualifications • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets • Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills • Knowledge of market trends and the agricultural industry is a plus • Ability to analyze sales data and prepare detailed reports • Proficiency in problem-solving and identifying client needs • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently • Availability to work on-site in Neemrana • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
