Electrical Shift: General Shift (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Job Description: Shinex Glass Mosaic is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager (Electrical) to manage end-to-end maintenance operations at our manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth plant functioning, minimizing downtime, and maintaining high safety and efficiency standards. Key Roles & Responsibilities:  Manage complete plant maintenance activities and maintenance manpower  Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance  Reduce machine downtime and improve overall equipment efficiency  Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues  Coordinate with production, stores, and vendors for smooth operations  Maintain maintenance records, logs, and safety documentation  Ensure compliance with safety norms and standard operating procedures  Support continuous improvement initiatives in plant maintenance Candidate Requirements:  B.E. in Electrical Engineering  3–6 years of experience in manufacturing plant maintenance  Strong knowledge of electrical systems, machinery, and plant utilities  Leadership skills to handle manpower and cross-functional coordination  Willingness to relocate as per plant requirement
