Description : M/Role Overview : As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, building roadmaps, and driving execution with cross-functional teams. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver products that delight users and align with business goals.Key Responsibilities : - Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area.- Translate business objectives and customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories.- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prioritize features, ensure timely delivery, and maintain product quality.- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities.- Track product performance through data, metrics, and feedback, iterating based on insights.- Drive product launches, working with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure adoption and growth.- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.Required Skills & Qualifications : - 1-4 years of experience as a Product Manager.- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Proven track record of delivering impactful products from concept to launch.- Excellent skills in requirement gathering, wireframing, and user journey mapping.- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making (SQL/Excel/Analytics tools).- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.- Technical background or strong working knowledge of software development processes is a plus.#NOLI (ref: hirist.tech)
