Job Title Telecaller - Market Survey Book Demand Feedback Job Summary We are looking for the candidate who will primarily engage with retailers and teachers to gather insights about our books understand market demand and record data systematically This role involves significant calling and data management responsibilities Key Responsibilities Conduct telephonic market surveys with book retailers to assess the demand for current and upcoming student books Gather and record detailed information about the types quantities and popularity of books Make feedback and follow-up calls to teachers to understand student book preferences and satisfaction levels Accurately enter organize and update survey data in Excel or company software Prepare summary reports from survey data for management review Coordinate with the marketing sales team to share insights and feedback from retailers and teachers Support shop survey activities and collect actionable market intelligence Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in calling retail engagement or survey roles Excellent Hindi communication skills spoken and written Proficiency in MS Excel for data entry and reporting Telecalling skills with professional and persuasive approach Knowledge of the education publication industry is a plus Salary Benefits Salary 18 000 - 20 000 per month Opportunity to directly influence product strategy through market insights Exposure to both retail and academic stakeholders in the publication industry Key Attributes Proactive and self-motivated Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable making frequent calls and engaging with multiple stakeholders Job Type Full time Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month
