Senior Executive – Operations (Event Operations)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Operations to support event execution and operational planning for corporate events, brand activations, and experiential campaigns. The role will involve vendor coordination, logistics management, costing support, and on-ground event operations to ensure seamless execution of projects. Job Responsibilities: Vendor Management • Source and onboard vendors, suppliers, and service providers for event requirements • Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to ensure cost efficiency • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and manage vendor performance Costing & Budget Support • Assist in preparing event costing and budgets under the guidance of senior team members • Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotations and compare pricing • Support cost optimisation while maintaining quality standards Event Operations & Logistics • Assist in planning and coordinating event logistics including venue setup, equipment, staffing, and transportation • Support location research and venue scouting for events • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution Operational Coordination • Manage supplier coordination and ensure timely delivery of resources • Assist in contracting with vendors and managing operational documentation • Support on-ground event execution and troubleshooting during events Preferred Background • Experience working with corporate events, brand activations, or large-scale experiential events • Prior experience in an event management or experiential agency
