Job Title: Back Office Executive Location: Kolkata, West Bengal Company: Sriram Life Insurance Company Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with good communication and computer skills can also apply) Salary: As per company norms Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Back Office Executive to support our operations team at Sriram Life Insurance Company in Kolkata. The candidate will handle administrative, clerical, and data management tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the branch office. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update policyholder records and client databases. Handle data entry, documentation, and filing of insurance-related papers. Assist in policy issuance, renewal processing, and claim support. Coordinate with the sales and operations team for report preparation and follow-ups. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Check accuracy of documents before processing and ensure timely submission to the head office. Respond to internal and external queries through email or phone. Ensure proper maintenance of confidential company and client information.
