AutoCAD / Design Engineer (Permanent)

Contract Type Permanent In collaboration with the mechanical team, the engineer will design the machines in respect of customers' requirements. The mechanical engineer will be part of the engineering team in the technical mechanical department, managing machine order fulfillment. Technical specification analysis and project definition - CAD designs productions - BOMs production - Follow up of all the activities related to the project to respect the delivery date. Design Sidel machines in conformity with the specification and delay. Respect technical and budgetary rules for a project. Ensure the implementation, tracking and continual improvement of reference files. Reports, according to the projects, a Leader Study, a Study Engineer, or the Study Manager Good communication skills and ability to work on different projects at the same time – flexibility. SolidWorks and proficiency in any 3D CAD software AutoCAD proficiency Computer-assisted design Skilled in choosing commercial and bought-out components as part of the design process. Design calculation Conceptual design Design for manufacturability and assembly Commissioning Ensuring that mechanical solutions adhere to strict sanitary standards for industries such as food and pharmaceuticals. Mechanical Engineering skills Hands-on experience with SolidWorks, Inventor, Catia, or AutoCAD. SAP & PLM knowledge (advantageous) Knowledge of primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging machines (advantageous) Possessing expertise in hygienic design is advantageous. Process equipment design Education: Engineering degree (BE / B-tech) Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the field of mechanical industries. Experience with liquid packaging machinery or special purpose machines is advantageous. Willingness to travel for onsite training (Optional, truly based on the project demand)
