Job Title: Senior Technical Writer Experience: 15+ Years Remote: 6 months( Extendable based on project scope and performance) Domain: US Banking (Payments Mandatory) Role Summary: We are looking for a senior-level Technical Writer with extensive experience in the US banking sector, particularly in payment systems. The candidate must have a strong technical understanding and experience in creating structured documentation. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and maintain Application Process Documents (APD/APL) • Create Release Notes, Training Documents, User Manuals • Draft Technical Specifications and Functional Documents • Develop Use Manuals and Process Flow Documentation • Work closely with technical and business teams Required Skills: • 15+ years of experience in technical documentation • Strong US banking domain experience (Payments especially ) • Experience in documenting payment workflows and transaction systems • Strong understanding of technical architecture • Excellent written communication skills Job Type: Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹2.00 - ₹2.50 per month Work Location: In person
