Quality Controller

• Conduct site inspections for civil works (concrete, masonry, plastering, finishing, waterproofing). • Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, and quality standards. • Check and verify construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, etc.) and test reports. • Maintain quality checklists, inspection reports, and NCR documentation. • Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project managers to resolve quality issues. • Prepare daily/weekly quality reports and ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and safety standards.
