Offering integrated capabilities like Contract Intelligence, Contract Orchestration, and Obligation & Performance Management, SimpliContract helps enterprises eliminate revenue leakage, enhance compliance, and accelerate decision-making.Role DescriptionOwn Enterprise Transformation DiscoveryLead executive-level workshops to design the contracting process across Legal, Procurement, Finance, and ITDesign Scalable Contracting & AI SolutionsDesign end-to-end solution blueprints covering Organization structure, workflows, metadata architecture, clause playbooks, reporting layers, and AI-driven intelligence use cases.Operationalise AITranslate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes.Design Governance at ScaleDesign entity/region and other specific controls/ workflows for multi-entity scenarios.Drive Cross-System Intelligence FlowDefine functional integration models across ERP, procurement, CRM, and finance systems to ensure contracts become a live data asset.Challenge & Elevate Client ThinkingPush back on fragmented or non-scalable requirements and guide clients toward best-practice, AI-enabled operating models.Own UAT & Go-Live AccountabilityLead validation cycles, manage functional risk, secure stakeholder sign-off, and ensure solution readiness for enterprise-scale deployment.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex requirements/ data and provide actionable insightsStrong Presentation skills and experience in presenting to senior leadership across Procurement, Legal, Commercial and Finance teamsExperience in CLM / LegalTech / Procurement Tech implementationStrong understanding of buy-side and sell-side contracts (legal + commercial terms)Experience in Consulting, including client engagement, solution design, and problem-solvingStrong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams and with clientsProficiency in using AI-driven tools for day to day work
