Business Analyst- Investment Banker

Role: Build market intelligence datasets (industry benchmarks, comps, investors & buyers) Conduct deep sector research (TAM/SAM/SOM, competitive landscape, regulatory impact) Develop financial and valuation models (DCF, comps, scenarios) Prepare business plans, pitch decks, IMs, and deal collateral Support end-to-end M&A and fundraising transactions Track deal KPIs and help improve IB processes and workflows Requirements: 2–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Transaction Advisory, or Corporate Finance Strong financial modeling and market research skills Ability to convert complex data into clear, investor-ready insights Strong written communication and analytical thinking Exposure to Indian SMB / mid-market deals is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year Benefits: • Life insurance • Paid sick time • Provident Fund Ability to commute/relocate: • Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): • Current CTC? • Expected CTC? • What's the Notice Period?
