Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer (Blockchain, Quantum Cryptography) , you will architect and build next-generation sovereign software systems. You will combine advanced full-stack engineering with post-quantum cryptography (PQC) and AI integration to deliver high-security communication and data sharing capabilities across company’s global ecosystem.
Job type: Remote | Full-time (In the future relocation may be required)
Working hours: Pacific Standard Time (PST) Zone.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Development: Lead the development of secure web and mobile applications using React, Node.js, and Go.
PQC Integration: Implement PQC handshake APIs (including Kyber and Dilithium) across all data and communication layers to ensure quantum-resistant security.
AI-Enhanced Security: Integrate AI-based modules for automated threat scoring, anomaly detection, and data classification.
Hardware Interfacing: Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless security across hardware endpoints, including USB Keys and Portable SSDs.
Blockchain Infrastructure: Extend blockchain logging to support AI-driven audit trails and trust scoring.
Sovereign Platform Management: Ensure all software aligns with sovereign-grade security standards and global government requirements.
✅ Essential Skills & Technical Expertise:
Core Programming Languages & Frameworks
Go (Golang): Required for backend development and high-performance system components.
Node.js: Essential for server-side application logic and scalable backend services.
React & React Native: Used for developing secure, responsive web and mobile application frontends.
C/C++: Recommended for low-level integration with hardware, such as USB keys and portable SSDs.
AI & Machine Learning Integration
ML Frameworks: Deep experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX, or OpenVINO for deploying AI modules.
AI Implementation: Ability to integrate intelligence for threat scoring, anomaly detection, and data classification.
Inference Pipelines: Proven experience building and deploying ML models for production using REST or gRPC pipelines.
Security & Cryptography Tools
FIPS Validated Libraries: Experience working with CorSSL (a FIPS 140-3 Level 1 validated drop-in replacement for OpenSSL) or similar validated cryptographic modules.
PQC Algorithms: Practical implementation of Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) handshakes, specifically using algorithms like Kyber and Dilithium.
Standards & Protocols: Advanced knowledge of TLS 1.3, PKI (Public Key Infrastructure), and secure authentication mechanisms.
Blockchain: Development experience with blockchain for AI-driven audit trails and trust scoring systems.
Government Compliance & Testing Tools
FIPS 140-3 Validation: Understanding of the CMVP (Cryptographic Module Validation Program) submission process and requirements.
Algorithm Testing: Experience with CAVP (Cryptographic Algorithm Validation Program) testing for NIST-approved and PQC algorithms.
Certification Standards: Familiarity with international and federal standards including Common Criteria (CC), CSfC, and DoD STIGS/APL requirements.
Infrastructure & Monitoring
Telemetry Dashboards: Ability to build real-time data visualization tools for AI analytics and classification telemetry.
Sovereign Platform Architecture: Experience designing architectures that span Admin Consoles, Desktop Apps, and Mobile Apps while maintaining security across hardware interfaces.
✅ Qualifications
Experience: 8+ years of full-stack development experience, with a focus on security-centric or data-driven systems.
Technical Stack: Expert proficiency in Go (Golang), Node.js, and React/React Native.
Security & Crypto: Deep understanding of TLS 1.3, PKI, and secure authentication. Familiarity with PQC algorithms is highly preferred.
AI/ML Integration: Experience deploying machine learning models (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) into production environments via REST/gRPC pipelines.
Compliance Awareness: Knowledge of government security standards such as FIPS 140-3.
