Factory Floor Assistant

Responsibilities - · Production Management: Execute daily/weekly production plans, schedules, and targets to meet deadlines. · Quality & Technical Control: Ensure pipes meet quality standards, including welding quality, edge preparation, and dimensions. · Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, serving as the shift safety leader to maintain a safe working environment. · Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor production staff, and assign tasks to workers. · Operational Efficiency: Monitor machine downtime, optimize workflows, and resolve production bottlenecks. · Documentation: Maintain production & dispatch records, reports, and job tracking for traceability. Requirements - · Knowledge of steel cutting/polishing, pipe manufacturing (ERW, Seamless, etc.), or similar (pipe) drawing process. · Strong knowledge of cutting/welding processes , pipe fitting, and machinery. · Ability to read blueprints, isometric drawings, and technical specifications. · Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Qualifications - · Technical diploma or vocational training in mechanical engineering/Instrumentation or related fields. · 2-5 years of experience in a similar role in steel Industry or heavy fabrication.
