Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include • Assisting in the recruitment process including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews • Coordinating with candidates and maintaining communication throughout the hiring process • Supporting onboarding activities and documentation for new interns/employees • Maintaining and updating HR records, candidate databases, and recruitment trackers • Assisting in preparing HR reports, interview feedback records, and documentation • Supporting employee engagement activities, training coordination, and internal communication • Assisting with HR policy documentation, SOP updates, and organizational records • Coordinating with different departments for manpower requirements and internship programs About Company: SK Natural Farm is a recognized government supplier for agricultural projects, specializing in poultry farming practices and organic feed production. The farm collaborates with various government agencies to enhance agricultural productivity and provide training to farmers and villagers. Key areas of involvement include: Organic Produce: supplying native breed poultry chicks to various government bodies under government contracts; Training Programs: offering training sessions for farmers on zero-budget poultry farming techniques, pest management, and health issues in collaboration with agricultural departments; Poultry Feed Initiatives: formulating and training farmers to prepare their feed independently; and Research Collaboration: partnering with KVK on government-funded projects to develop climate-resilient breeds and sustainable farming technologies.
