Senior Python Developer / Software Engineer

Experience: 10+ Years Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior Python Developer / Software Engineer with a strong enterprise background to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in core Python, hands-on experience with modern Python frameworks, strong database knowledge, and proven ability to design and build scalable, secure APIs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high- quality, reliable software solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance, scalable Python applications. • Write clean, efficient, and reusable Python code following best practices. • Build and maintain backend services using frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. • Design and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring security, performance, and scalability. • Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to design schemas, optimize queries, and manage data effectively. • Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define and deliver features. • Implement unit tests, integration tests, and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality. • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production and non- production environments. • Support cloud-based deployments and contribute to DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization. • Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making and architecture discussions. Required Skills & Qualifications • Minimum 10 years of professional experience as a Python Developer / Software Engineer. • Strong expertise in core Python programming and object-oriented design. • Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, and/or FastAPI. • Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). • Proven experience in API design and development, including secure authentication and authorization mechanisms. • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Basic to intermediate knowledge of DevOps concepts, containers (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines. • Strong debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year Work Location: Remote
