About the job: Position Details • Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) • Domain: BFSI + Corporate + IT • Grade: Executive • Reporting To: Manager - Talent Acquisition • Location: Ludhiana (Unit 1 / 3 / 4) Key Responsibilities • End-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. • Understanding client hiring requirements in BFSI, Corporate, and IT domains. • Managing portals, professional networks, referrals, and headhunting for niche skills. • Coordinating with internal teams and hiring managers for smooth closure of mandates. • Maintaining candidate pipelines and ensuring timely delivery against SLAs. Key Skills & Competencies • Strong communication & interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of BFSI, IT & Corporate hiring processes. • Proficiency in recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.). • Target-driven and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
