This role is designed for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution: someone capable of driving the recruitment process, identifying strong talent, bringing structure to hiring priorities, and helping lay the foundations of our people strategy in India. We are looking for a person with solid experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, who is comfortable in entrepreneurial environments and motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the growth of a French startup with international ambition.
