Role Overview We're looking for a Social Media Executive who can support and execute SkinBae's social media presence with consistency and attention to detail. This role focuses on: Content coordination Publishing Community management Supporting campaigns You'll work closely with the Social Media Strategist and content/design teams to ensure smooth day-to-day execution. Key Responsibilities 1. Content Publishing & Platform Management Upload, schedule, and publish content across: Instagram (posts, reels, stories) YouTube (where required) Other relevant platforms Ensure: Captions are correctly placed Hashtags and tags are accurate Links and CTAs are correct No publishing errors Maintain a clean and updated content calendar tracker 2. Content Coordination Coordinate with: Designers Content writers Video editors Ensure assets are ready before publishing deadlines Follow up proactively to avoid delays 3. Community Management Manage Instagram comments and DMs Respond in line with SkinBae's tone and brand positioning Escalate sensitive or technical queries to the relevant team member 4. Campaign Support Assist in executing: Sale campaigns Product launches Influencer collaborations Track live content and ensure consistency during active campaigns 5. Performance Tracking Support Assist in: Collecting engagement metrics Maintaining weekly performance reports Highlighting top-performing posts 6. Influencer & Affiliate Coordination (Support Role) Support influencer communication and follow-ups Maintain updated influencer tracking sheets Ensure deliverables are tracked and filed properly What We're Looking For • 1–3 years of experience in social media management • Hands-on experience with Instagram publishing and community management • Strong attention to detail • Good written English • Ability to follow timelines and manage multiple tasks This Role Is Not for You If You dislike execution-heavy roles You frequently miss deadlines You need constant reminders to follow up You see social media as just scrolling and posting
