Job Title: Creative Content & Ad Strategist
We are looking for a highly creative and digitally savvy professional who can conceptualize, write, and execute engaging content for online advertisements and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should combine creative storytelling, visual thinking, and marketing psychology to develop viral-ready campaigns, Instagram ads, and performance-driven creative assets.
This role involves creating scripts, designing visual concepts, and developing innovative ideas for video and image-based campaigns that drive engagement, brand recall, and conversions.
Creative Concept Development
Ideate and develop creative concepts for social media campaigns and digital advertisements.
Conceptualise viral marketing ideas aligned with brand goals and trends.
Translate marketing objectives into compelling creative narratives.
Performance ads
Brand videos
Product advertisements
YouTube Shorts & social media videos
Develop engaging hooks, storytelling angles, and calls to action.
Visual & Social Media Content Creation
Create or guide creation of social media creatives and ad visuals.
Develop concepts for image posts, carousels, and promotional creatives.
Work with designers/video editors to execute the creative vision.
Social Media & Viral Marketing
Research trends, viral formats, and emerging social media styles.
Conceptualise content optimised for Instagram, Facebook, and digital ads.
Work closely with marketing, performance ads, and design teams.
Ensure brand consistency across all creatives.
Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability.
Experience writing scripts for digital or social media content.
Understanding of Instagram, Reels, and performance marketing creatives.
Basic design sense (Canva / Photoshop / AI tools preferred).
Ability to visualise videos before production.
Excellent written communication skills in English (Hindi understanding is a plus).
Knowledge of current digital trends and viral content formats.
Experience in D2C/e-commerce/lifestyle or furniture brands.
Familiarity with AI creative tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Leonardo, etc.).
Understanding of ad performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversions).
Portfolio showcasing scripts, campaigns, or social media creatives.
