Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Zoho Ecosystem)

• *Job Description:** SkyPod Immigration Consulting is hiring a **Digital Marketing Specialist** with strong expertise in performance marketing and the **Zoho ecosystem**. This is a remote role for candidates based in India who can independently manage campaigns, automation, and lead generation systems. • *Key Responsibilities:** • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on **Google Ads** and **Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)** • Manage social media scheduling and engagement using **Zoho Social** • Create and optimize email campaigns using **Zoho Campaigns** • Design professional **email templates using HTML & CSS** • Build and manage **drip campaigns and automation workflows in Zoho** • Execute **WhatsApp and SMS marketing campaigns** • Integrate all marketing activities with **Zoho CRM** • Manage end-to-end lead lifecycle (generation → nurturing → conversion) • Monitor KPIs like CPL, CPA, and ROI and optimize performance • Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality • *Requirements:** • Minimum **2+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho tools** • Strong experience in: • **Google Ads** • **Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)** • Practical experience with: • **Zoho Campaigns (email marketing + automation)** • **Zoho Social** • **Zoho CRM** • Strong understanding of **Zoho integrations and workflow automation** • Experience in **drip campaigns and customer journey setup** • Proficiency in **HTML & CSS for email template creation** • Experience in **WhatsApp and SMS marketing** • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills • *Work Timing (Important):** • Candidates must be comfortable working **night shifts in India** • Work hours: **10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (Canada Time)** • *(Approximately 7:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST, depending on daylight savings)* • *Preferred Qualifications:** • Experience in **immigration, education, or consulting industry** would be an advantage • Familiarity with full **Zoho One suite** • Understanding of landing pages and conversion optimization • *What We Offer:** • Fixed salary + performance-based growth • Fully remote work environment • Opportunity to manage complete marketing automation systems • Long-term growth within the company • *How to Apply:** Send your resume to **info@skypodimmigration.ca** Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Application Question(s) • Which Zoho applications have you used? • Do you have experience with Zoho drip campaigns and automation workflows? • Are you comfortable working night shifts (EST hours)? • Do you have expertise in optimizing Google Ads / Meta Ads? • Do you have experience with whatsapp and text messages marketing using Zoho?
