Job Summary The Real Estate Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients visiting or contacting the real estate office. This role involves greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing appointments, and providing administrative support to real estate agents to ensure smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities • Greet and assist clients, buyers, sellers, and visitors professionally. • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails. • Schedule appointments and property viewings for real estate agents. • Maintain office reception area and ensure it is organized and presentable. • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and documents. • Maintain property listings, files, and client records. • Assist agents with preparing property documents, agreements, and reports. • Update property listings on websites and marketing platforms. • Coordinate meetings and maintain office calendars. • Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry. Required Skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Customer service orientation • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM systems) • Organizational and multitasking abilities • Professional appearance and attitude Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred) • Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience (preferred) • Experience in real estate or property management is an advantage Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Experience: • Receiptionist: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
