Recruitment Consultant - Technology (Hybrid)

We're Hiring: HR Recruiter (1–3 yrs) Location : Hybrid/On - site - Panchkula Employment Type : Full-Time Experience Level : 1-3 years We are a growing AI company looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to drive our hiring efforts. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for both tech and non-tech roles, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition • Source candidates proactively via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and communities. • Maintain accurate records in the ATS to track candidate progress and streamline hiring • Support employer branding efforts through social hiring and content. • Ensure a great candidate experience from outreach to offer. Experience with ATS platforms, preferably Asana. · Empathy & emotional intelligence to foster a positive work environment.
