If you understand SEO beyond theory and can execute performance-driven campaigns, we’d love to connect. 🎯 Key Responsibilities🌐 Website & SEO - Add and manage commercial property listings on the website - Optimize listing pages for SEO (meta titles, descriptions, schema, internal linking) - Perform On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO - Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis - Improve website rankings for commercial real estate keywords - Monitor Google Search Console & Analytics 📢 Performance Marketing - Run and optimize Google Ads campaigns - Run and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) - Track conversions and optimize cost per lead - Generate high-quality inbound leads 📲 Social Media Marketing - Plan and execute Instagram & Facebook content strategy - Create and manage LinkedIn posts (company + founder profile) - Improve engagement and brand positioning - Repurpose content across platforms ✅ Required Skills - Robust knowledge of SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical) - Experience running Google & Meta Ads - Understanding of lead generation funnels - Familiarity with WordPress - Basic knowledge of Canva or creative tools - Ability to analyze performance data
