Role Overview: We are seeking a Project Head to lead project team in executing interior design projects for clients who have taken premises on long-term leases. This role involves close collaboration with the design team and direct communication with clients to ensure that their vision is realized effectively. Key Responsibilities: Lead the project team in understanding and executing design specifications provided by the client. Coordinate with the design team to ensure client approvals are obtained efficiently. Schedule planning for proposed projects, ensuring timelines are realistic and achievable. Oversee all phases of project execution, from planning to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Responsible for material procurement and billing of sub-vendors to maintain project budgets. Project planning and scheduling, ensuring all tasks are assigned and deadlines are met.
