Restaurant Tie-up & Placement Manager (India)

Job Purpose To establish partnerships with Hotels & Restaurants in the assigned region, secure job opportunities for trained students from our F&B; training centers, and ensure a continuous pipeline of vacancies for student placements. Key Responsibilities - Hotels & Restaurant Partnerships - Identify and approach Hotels & Restaurants across the region. - Negotiate tie-ups and formalize agreements for student placements. - Maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and HR managers. - Placement Coordination - Match trained students with suitable restaurant job openings. - Ensure smooth onboarding and transition of students into roles. - Track placement success and retention rates. - Vacancy Pipeline Management - Continuously source new job opportunities to keep the pipeline active. - Monitor industry demand and align student training with market needs. - Provide regular updates to management on vacancies and placements. - Reporting & Feedback - Maintain records of tie-ups, vacancies, and student placements. - Collect feedback from restaurants and students to improve the program.
