Responsibilities include diagnosing oral diseases, developing treatment plans, performing complex dental procedures, and supervising junior dental staff. The role also involves consulting with patients to provide education about dental hygiene and post-treatment care. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kota. Qualifications • Proficiency in dental procedures such as oral surgery, restorative dentistry, prosthodontics, and endodontics • Strong diagnostic skills to identify oral diseases and propose appropriate treatment plans • Exceptional patient care skills with the ability to clearly communicate treatment options and provide guidance on oral hygiene practices • Leadership and mentorship abilities to supervise and support junior dental staff • Keen attention to detail, precision in dental practices, and adherence to safety and sterilization standards • Advanced knowledge of dental tools, technology, and materials • Possession of a valid dental license and compliance with local regulations • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school • Prior experience in a senior-level or leadership position in a dental setting is a strong asset
