About the Role We are seeking a motivated and talented Sr. Flutter Developer, who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications. writing code, conduct testing, and debugging to ensure software quality. Collaborating with teams, translating requirements into technical solutions, deploying software, and providing ongoing support. The role focuses on creating efficient, scalable, and reliable software solutions to meet business needs In this role, you will collaborate with product designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver. You should have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a knack for simplifying complex tasks. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our design systems, ensuring a seamless user experience across all web projects. What You’ll Do • Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications using Flutter.  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and back-end developers, to design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements.  • Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using Flutter. • Ensure code quality and integrity through effective source control practices, such as using Git, and implementing version control best practices. • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that adhere to design guidelines for Android and iOS.  • Develop efficient mobile apps leveraging headless architecture, RESTful APIs, and third-party integrations.  • Troubleshoot, debug and resolve technical issues to maintain seamless app performance and user satisfaction. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, Flutter advancements, and best practices to enhance development processes and technology stack. • Conduct performance optimization, including memory management, UI responsiveness, and scalability improvements.  • Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews to ensure technical excellence across the team. Skills & Background • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. • 5+ years of experience in mobile application development, with 3+ years in Flutter. • Proficiency in Dart programming language and Flutter frameworks, including state management approaches like Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.  • Experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development is highly desirable. • Solid understanding of source control systems (e.g., Git) and workflows like GitFlow. • Familiarity with Firebase services (Firestore, Authentication, Push Notifications, etc.) and deploying applications to the Play Store and App Store. • Strong knowledge of mobile app development lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and optimize code for various devices. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.  • Hands-on experience with animations, custom widgets, and complex UI in Flutter is a plus.
